10 small cosy cabins surrounded by forest on a lake shore. Every cabin has a fireplace, a terrace and its own BBQ zone.
Here you can listen to birds, sleep in, plan nothing and still get everything done.
There are cabins on the slope with a panoramic terrace and hammock-net, or by the forest with a private hot tub — the choice is yours.
The entire territory is car-free — leave your car in the car park and let nature and rest take over. Waiting for you: forest routes with hidden art objects, a pier, a lakeside swing and evenings by an open fire.

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00, check-out is 12:00.
Is early check-in / late check-out possible?
If the cabin is free, we check you in early for free. Late check-out on availability if there's no next guest: 2000 UAH, until end of day.
Do you offer food?
Yes — you can order breakfasts and dinners from local host Pani Liudmyla. See «Menu from Pani Liudmyla».
Gift certificates — how to buy and redeem?
We offer beautiful paper gift certificates — a great present. They're personalised: by number of nights, a fixed amount, or including extras — all arranged on order. Delivered by Nova Poshta. Valid for 1 year. To redeem: contact us or enter the certificate number in the Comments field when booking on the site.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we're fully pet-friendly — no restrictions and no fees for your pets.
Prices are for two — what if there are more guests?
Prices are for two people; an extra-guest surcharge applies.
Do you have discounts?
Defenders (active military, combatants, veterans) — 20%. Around your birthday — 10% on the festive night. Bookings of 3+ nights — 15%.
Is prepayment required?
Yes. A deposit of at least 50% of the stay is required to confirm a booking (minimum one full night). The remainder is paid before arrival. Payment by Visa/Mastercard or bank transfer (cashless only).
Can I cancel a booking?
More than 7 days before arrival — 100% refund. Less than 7 days but over 24 hours — prepayment kept as a deposit for a year. Under 24 hours — prepayment is non-refundable.

Can I charge an EV?
Yes, there's a grounded socket at the parking — just bring your own charging cable.
Do you have a generator?
Yes, a powerful generator. In the warm season we run it during outages 8:00–22:00; in the cold season, around the clock.
What is the «Forgotten Suitcase» quest?
It's an on-territory adventure: as the legend goes, a mysterious guest left behind a suitcase with a route of riddles. You solve 16 tasks at your own pace and in any order, collect password-words and crack the suitcase code. It takes about 2 hours; the kit costs 1200 UAH. Order at reception or together with your booking.
Can I order festive decoration?
Yes — balloons, flowers and other decor, arranged individually on request.
